Segovia Inhabited Culture has come out of the hard work and enthusiasm put in by the local community for Segovia 2016.
It has come from a city that has found itself, that has discovered the energy and commitment within itself.
Segovia Inhabited Culture is the culture of Segovia. The culture that all its inhabitants build together every day.

SPACES FOR INHABITING CULTURE
When people come together they spark creativity, sharing, transformation.
That’s why we need spaces where the local community can meet and get creative. A place where music, art, play and conversation can thrive. A place for contemporary creativeness.
That place has made the longest journey to complete freedom, for no one is freer than when they are creating something. Segovia’s new creative centre, La Carcél_Segovia Centro de Creación, is housed in the former provincial prison.
