La tradición se une al teatro, la música antigua y moderna, la magia y la gastronomía en la festividad de San Frutos 2015

Segovia se prepara para celebrar las fiestas en honor a su patrón, San Frutos. El Ayuntamiento ha diseñado un amplio programa del jueves 22 al lunes 26 de octubre en el que a la más pura tradición incorpora otras actividades que  contribuyen a hacer un programa completo y para todos los públicos. El 22 octubre, Chirigóticas, compañía gaditana compuesta por Ana López, Alejandra López y Teresa Quintero presentan su última producción teatral "Juanita Calamidad", dirigida por Antonio Álamo. Con el subtítulo de ‘todo el mundo tiene un pasado’, narra la historia de una mujer a la que le resulta difícil llevar una vida acorde con su edad. Se representará a las 20:30 horas en la Sala Ex.Presa 1 de La Cárcel. ‘Misterio del Cristo de los Gascones’ tickets on sale (March, 14th)

Nao d´amores, theatre company with in Segovia, will perform its already classic Misterio del Cristo de los Gascones, next March, 14th, at San Justo Church  in Segovia. Misterio del Cristo de los Gascones is the most emblematic spectacle within the long and rigorous Nao d´amores career, which began in 2001 spreading succesfully the Spanish pre-Baroque dramatic work. This scenic proposal has received many awards from its release in 2007 and has been staged constantly through Europe and America since that moment. It means a deep immersion into our primitive theatre from a fully contemporary vision. It is a free revision  over the liturgical ceremony that must has been celebrated at San Justo Church in  Segovia in Medieval times. La Cárcel cells will offer microtheatre all year long

The great audience, specially young, that attended the microtheatre plays during its first edition in Segovia developed in 2011 October, has motivate the city council to sign an agreement with the association “Microtheatre for Money” to schedule six editions of this theatre format during 2012 in the former prison of the city.
