Representatives of 30 cities belonging to eleven countries will travel to Segovia on March, 21st and 22nd to participate in the Alliance of European Cultural Cities (AVEC) General Meeting. This Group was created in 1997 with the aim to exchange experiences and good practices in the field of national and international heritage valuation.
